I would like to complement Roderick’s drive to understand, balance, and navigate day-to-day end user needs, organizational complexity, budget constraints, and adoption/training needs that we have experienced during global implementation of ‘Collaboration Rooms’ at ASML. Roderick and I have worked together in ASML’s Information Technology organization in 2023-2024.

My goal was to drive adoption of hi-tech conference rooms in US which Roderick helped architect and implement. Throughout all of our interactions I found Roderick to be responsive, knowledgeable, informative, and thoughtful about stakeholder and end-user perspectives. As a result, we have witnessed effective implementation and productive use of the implemented working environment and resources.
